I am a 22 year old recent college graduate from the University of Pittsburgh. I attained a Bachelor's Degree in English Writing, with a minor in History. While studying at Pitt, I took a number of courses significant to my interests both personally and professionally, such as American Sign Language and Spanish. I currently have six years of Spanish lessons as well as two years of American Sign Language, both of which I find to be incredibly fascinating and useful.
I am a native Pittsburgher and have been pursuing writing since I was young. Throughout my studies at Pitt, I found myself increasingly interested in formal and professional writing, choosing a path of editing and public and professional writing. I enjoy creative writing in my free time also, and focus in the poetry genre. Additionally, I spend a great deal of time reading and adding to my book collection.
Prior to focusing on academics and professional life, I spent time doing modeling here and there throughout high school and early college, and have participated in shoots with General Nutrition Centers, Carnegie Science Center, Framizi, and a commercial for the University of Pittsburgh.
Overall I am a relaxed and open individual, but very focused and apt when taking on new challenges. I enjoy the chance to meet new people and thrive in social and intellectual environments. I value my family and friends and try to keep a wide perspective on life, relationships and freedom.
